The Challenge

A major manufacturer entrusted ILS with the planning, development, and implementation of a training program. Once the training curriculum was set, the client needed an administrative support program that would ensure all aspects of its day-to-day management would run smoothly across Canada.

The Solution

ILS assumed the management of daily operations of the training program and put in place a system for course admissions / registration and reporting support.

We developed extensive databases to ensure that class registrations for seminars and access to the online university could be updated easily and kept current. The database also provides the means to run reports and keep all stakeholders informed of progress.

We set up online systems that provide 24-hour access to registration and course information, while our telephone help line continues to provide a personal contact for less technically-inclined learners.
