The Challenge
A large national organization needed to ensure that its data synchronization solutions, business systems, and services complied with the requirements of the Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronics Documents Act and Provincial Privacy Act.
A system was required to ensure any personal information provided by the company’s customers would be accurate, current and complete. The solution would also need appropriate safeguards in place to protect customer information.
The Solution
We designed and developed a customer retention management data warehouse. We designed the master database structure and fields, established the required encryption methods for each data input feed, and created the web architecture and necessary FTP access for automated data feeds from a variety of sources.
We maintain and host the database and ensure that the necessary data is collected, received and stored on a daily basis.

The client now has a robust and integrated data synchronization solution that ensures the protection of its customers’ personal information and facilitates compliance with the Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronics Documents Act and Provincial Privacy Act.
