Marnie MacFarlane
General Manager

As General Manager of ILS, Marnie MacFarlane has been instrumental in the company’s growth and expansion into new areas. A full-time employee with ILS since 1999, she combines more than 10 years of experience in the automotive sector with an academic background in computer programming. She applies her understanding of business needs analysis, the motive power industry, and technology to develop flexible, effective training solutions.

Ms. MacFarlane’s capacity for using technology to increase business productivity and gains for our customers derives from her background as an Applications Trainer, IS Manager and Technical Support Specialist. She is experienced in computer programming and networking, design and development of network architecture, database design and development, user support in a large organization, needs analysis, application program design and development, departmental budgeting and analysis, as well as technical and human resource planning.

In addition to her management duties at ILS, Ms. MacFarlane also assists in client projects, contributing to both the business planning and technical implementation aspects of our training systems. Through her strong analytical skills and business foresight, Ms. MacFarlane continues to attract customers around the globe.
